What this page covers

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit thethinkingnook.com.sg or use our Current Pulse™ booking form. We've written it to reflect how the site actually works, not a generic template — so if something below doesn't match what you experience on the site, please tell us at hello@thethinkingnook.com.sg.

The short version

• We don't run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site.
• The Current Pulse™ booking form does not submit your details to a server we control. It prepares an email in your own inbox, addressed to us — nothing is sent until you choose to send it yourself.
• The only third party this site loads anything from is Google Fonts, for typography.
• We only receive your information if you choose to email us directly, or send the message the booking form drafts for you.

What information we receive, and how

The Current Pulse™ form on this site (name, email, company, and your notes) runs entirely in your browser. When you click "Prepare My Email," your browser builds an email draft and hands it to Gmail, Outlook, your default mail app, or your clipboard — whichever you choose. That draft is not transmitted to us, or stored anywhere, until you personally hit send from your own email account.

Because of this, the only information we receive is whatever you include in the email you choose to send us — typically your name, email address, company name, and a short note about what you'd like to discuss. We use this solely to prepare for and follow up on your enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools. Our web hosting provider may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes, as is normal for any hosted website.

Third-party services

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address, in line with Google's own privacy policy. We don't control what Google does with that request.

Your rights under Singapore's PDPA

If you're in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to stop using it — for example, if you'd like us to delete an email enquiry you previously sent us. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@thethinkingnook.com.sg and we'll respond directly.

If you become a client

If you engage The Thinking Nook beyond an initial Current Pulse™ conversation, we may hold additional business information relevant to that engagement (for example, notes from working sessions). We'll always be able to tell you, on request, what we hold and why.

Changes to this policy

If how this site handles information changes — for example, if we ever add analytics or a server-side form — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
